Job Description
Rajasthan Aushdhalaya is hiring enthusiastic Medical Representatives in Gangtok, Sikkim, to expand our Ayurvedic healthcare outreach. You will be responsible for connecting with local doctors, clinics, and pharmacies to promote our herbal product range and grow our brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and promote Ayurvedic products to healthcare professionals in Sikkim and nearby locations.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, hospitals, and medical stores.
- Organize awareness programs, health check-up camps, and promotional drives.
- Build strong professional relationships to enhance product credibility and sales.
- Meet sales targets and report performance metrics to regional managers.
- Analyze competitor activity and share insights for better strategy planning.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–6 years of experience in sales (Ayurvedic, Pharma, or FMCG sector).
- Graduate with strong communication skills and familiarity with the local area.
- Willingness to travel within Sikkim and surrounding zones.
Salary & Benefits:
Base salary: ₹2.25 LPA to ₹3.6 LPA
