Job Description
We’re hiring Medical Representatives to strengthen our Ayurvedic product reach in Ajmer, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will engage with local healthcare providers and execute sales strategies tailored to this region’s needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Ayurvedic healthcare products to doctors, clinics, and pharmacies in Ajmer and its surroundings.
- Conduct field visits and deliver effective product presentations to medical professionals.
- Organize and participate in health camps and awareness programs in local communities.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Track local market trends and competitor movements to improve sales strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1 to 6 years of experience in Pharma, Ayurveda, or FMCG sales.
- Graduate (Science, Pharmacy, or Ayurveda preferred).
- Strong communication skills and familiarity with the Ajmer territory.
- Comfortable with field travel and on-ground activation efforts.
Salary & Benefits:
Base salary: ₹2.25 LPA to ₹3.6 LPA
