Salim Diwan - Director

Mr. Salim Diwan, Managing Director of Rajasthan Aushdhalaya Pvt. Ltd. An ardent enthusiast with a great zeal to deliver the best in Ayurveda, Mr.Salim Diwan is regularly attending and presenting his work in various national and international conferences. He is actively participating in many public awareness programs. He has been honoured with various medals and certificates for his achievements in his field. He is a life member of various national and international associations.



Sajid Diwan

Hands-on, dedicated professional with over 8 years of experience in senior IT management. Possess strong knowledge of the software development and IT product design lifecycle. Recognized for delivering leading edge solutions that consistent meet complex business requirements. Adept in building strong relationships with IT staff, customers, vendors and third party contractors. Solid understand of application development, computer programming and architecture design. Streamlined Information Technology department by separating support tasks, creating new leadership positions and implementing best practices. Special expertise in product development, solutions design and strategic marketing. Spearheaded initiatives to restructure software product development processes to increase productivity. Took on challenge to design enterprise software solution to create real time redundancy between corporate point of sales system database.



Ananth Krishanan - Head Sales & Administration

Result focused, client-oriented with extensive experience working in a high volume, deadline-driven environment. Proven ability to work under pressure and remain focused during constant interruptions. Self-motivated and self-directed. Improved the efficiency and accuracy of the office by restructuring the organizational flow. A multi-tasker, with excellent communication skills, sensitive to the needs of staff. Responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties of the office.



Nalin Kumar Jha - Marketing Head (North Region)

Nalin Kumar Jha has worked as a Sales Representative in Dabur India Ltd (O.T.C division) for 4 years. From 1997 onwards Mr.Nalin Kumar Jha has worked with various Ayurvedic (O.T.C products) based industries like M/s IPSEM healthcare Ltd, post of TSI looking after Mumbai, Thane & Raigad with a team of 10 sales executives. Later on from 1999 he has been with M/s Ashwath healthcare & Boi Remedies as a Area sales manager for Mumbai, Pune dist. Since 1st Sep 2002 he has been with M/s Unique Herbal products as a Business Development Manager for all Maharashtra, Goa & North East Zone. From 2006 he has worked with M/s Esha Agro Developers Pvt (brand of herbal hills) in the post of Sales Manager, all India .After that worked with M/s Suyash Pharmaceuticals Pvt.ltd as Sales Manager, all India operations. Currently with our organization heading the Marketing Department.

As HR streamlining HR activities, organizing R & R for employees, HR training programs for all employees, retention of employees, action plan for controlling attritions, handling employee grievances and all other HR activities depending on organization expectation



Anis Sunesra - IT Head

Azhar - Accounts Head

7 years experiences in various aspects of accounts management, financial reporting, internal and external auditing procedures and project management. MBA concentration in Finance and CPA candidate. Strong supervisory, organizational skills and computer skills. A strategic thinker with excellent knowledge in numbers and financial terminologies and skilled in allocating the budget precisely. Having rich experience of 2 years as an Accounts Manager. Extensive knowledge of keeping records, maintaining the records and track the financial transactions. Proven track record to maximize the business opportunities. Skilled in budgeting and maximizing the profit. Expertise to set strategic priorities and give clear strategic direction. Strong in numbers and having remarkable logical and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills in verbal and written both. Ability to control and supervise the staff. Strong motivator and ability to do the work meeting deadline.



Saddam Memon - Creative Head

Working as a Designer with 8+ years experience, this field has taught me that no matter what you work on, each project is different and unique in its own way. As a designer I enjoy infuencing that relationship with my strong design skills, aesthetic clarity and understanding of marketing principles. I learned to balance my creative vision with the limitations of designing for multiple languages. From set designing to designing adverts, my role within the company encompasses many areas including corporate branding, brochure production, print design and other design projects as required. I have designed for several companies including the production House of Film Industry, Pharmacy Company as well as freelanced for smaller companies. Each experience has helped me grow as a designer and as a person.
